Mark Charles, one of the speakers during our racial reconciliation series, will lead a follow up session about the Doctrine of Discovery. This doctrine has influenced the very foundations of the Church and the United States and is still a huge obstacle to racial reconciliation. The session will take an in-depth look at the unjust history and current implicit racial bias that has resulted. We will also examine practical steps the Body of Christ can take to initiate repentance, forgiveness and the restoration of our relationships.
