Men's Support Group
We are all sexually broken and in need of healing and accountability. This anonymous group is for men who feel or have felt they can't control their sexual behavior whether in relationships or on their own, and want to get healing from it. We strive to develop a safe space to share our struggles and break out of isolation, one day and one step at a time. Using a Christ-centered 12 step process, we work on holding each other accountable so that we can be in right relationships with God and others.
We invite you to walk with us on this path toward wholeness and healing. If you would like more information please email: supportmen@districtchur
Breaking the Silence: Women's Support Group
The District Church is launching a new support group for women who are survivors of sexual assault. "Breaking the Silence" desires to see God's healing work spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically and seeks to connect those who have similar experiences. Participants will be guided through a series of exercises to encourage a deeper connection with God and emotional awareness.
Space is limited. The group will take place on Thursdays, beginning May 4, 2017 at 7pm at The District Church office, and will run for 8 weeks.
