Mary Ruth Theodos
Mary Ruth Theodos is a counselor who provides mental health counseling as well as spiritual guidance services. She is a LGPC in Maryland and offers counseling services under supervision in MD and the District of Columbia. She has a master’s in counseling from Trinity (Washington) University, and training in healing prayer. Mary Ruth is passionate about helping others explore their stories, heal, mend, and experience peace and joy. Some of Mary Ruth's strengths are in relationships, time management, self-care, anxiety, depression, and healing of childhood wounds. When not working Mary Ruth enjoys time with her family, reading, baking, and spending time in nature.
