The Addiction and Recovery Friends & Family small group is designed to foster a Christ-centered community for those who are supporting loved ones through a recovery journey offering fellowship, understanding, and healing. The group is open to spouses, siblings, parents, children, friends, and anyone impacted by addiction.
This semester the group will finish reading Hope in the Age of Addiction by Chip Dodd and Stephen James and then work together to identify what we will do next (e.g., read another book, dig deeper into a sermon series). We will also continue our ongoing conversation around how we can learn from, support, and care for each other as a Church family working through addiction and recovery.
For more information, please contact Morgan Scott at firstname.lastname@example.org. Group meets every other Tuesday. For now, the group will continue to meet virtually and is always accepting new members.
